Indicated weekly rates per apartment are
all inclusive. A first instalment of 30% of
the rental value in winter, early, and
after-season and of 50% in peak season has
to be paid when booking. Your booking is
legally binding on receipt of the deposit.
The balance is to be paid at the latest at
the day of arrival. In case of a
cancellation preceding the first day of the
booking period by less than 30 days we
reserve to ourselves the right to detain the
deposit.
The weekly booking period runs from Saturday
to Saturday. Apartments should be occupied
until 5pm at the day of arrival and must be
handed over not later than 11am at the day
of departure. Please inform us as early as
possible in case of foreseeable late
arrival.
For a period not inferior to three days, the
apartments can by arrangement
(contact: info@anticocaseleruoppo.com) also
be rented on a daily basis. Small
animals are welcome.
